Summary DARKEST DAYAs New Zealand begins the long recovery from this week's deadly earthquake, video journalist David Brill has been getting the personal stories from what's been described as the country's 'darkest day'.David's on the streets of Christchurch, as the search for survivors continues and residents struggle with shortages of basic supplies. He also heads out to the small community of Lyttelton - close to the epicentre and severely damaged, with aftershocks interrupting its recovery and David's filming.NATION OF TEARSIraq has been mostly out of the headlines recently, but daily life there is still a struggle that few of us could comprehend. On a recent visit to his homeland, video journalist Fouad Hady was nearby when a building in Baghdad was reduced to rubble by a new Al Qaeda technique... renting shops in apartment buildings and packing them with explosives. What's left behind are harrowing personal stories of people losing their family, friends, homes and all their belongings. He captures the suffering and fear that ordinary Iraqis want the world to see, but the authorities are keen to keep out of the spotlight.IDENTITY CRISIS1,200 Israeli-born children have been told they're not welcome in Israel, because they're not Jewish. But attempts by the country's Interior Minister Eli Yishai to deport the children of foreign workers have divided the country... and the government. On one side, he argues the children threaten the country's Jewish identity. On the other, Education Minister Gidon Sa'ar believes the children have an Israeli identity and should be allowed to stay. Campaigners have already helped win a reprieve for 800 of the children, but those who remain live under the threat of imminent deportation. Video journalist Amos Roberts meets the children at the centre of this fierce debate and talks to Israelis who believe the values of their country are at stake
