First stop is Gumnut Patisserie in Bowral, where Lily samples some scrumptious baked fig tart, before meeting chef James Viles from Biota Dining. James cooks a succulent lamb rump with almond farro, heirloom carrots and sweetbreads.Renee immerses herself in Melbourne's Latin American food scene, where she tastes an authentic Mexican dish of poblano chillies stuffed with shredded pork and dried fruit, covered with a walnut-based sauce called nogada.Meanwhile, Adam is amongst the vineyards in Tasmania's Campania region, where he meets winemaker Peter Althaus, the man behind Domaine A - Stoney Vineyard wines.
