Through their stories you can gain ideas on how to better manage your own workload. Nicola, a part time primary teacher, feels she is still teaching more than half a timetable. The panel discuss the right of teachers to have PPA time and explore with Nicola whether she might take this time out of school to prevent interruptions. Simon, a former secondary head of ICT, quit his post due to workload pressures. The panel discuss with him how his workload became unmanageable and the reaction from the school.
