Summary
Functional Abdominal and Lower-Back Training explains and demonstrates three different exercise progressions for increasing the level of muscular strength and endurance in the torso muscles. A progressive, functional exercise continuum for the abdominal, lower-back, and stabilizer muscles is reviewed in detail. The video is designed to help bridge the information gap between past and present trends in abdominal/lower-back training. The progressive functional continuum presented in the video is applicable for both group-exercise instructors, personal trainers, and program directors
