Summary The wildflower industry has been growing mainly due to the increasing demand for wildflowers in Australia's export markets, but exports have not been increasing as fast as expected. Exports could have increased, but the supply of flowers has been limited. As there are a vast number of wildflower crops, growers need detailed market information on a range of crops so that plantations can be increased with flowers that are in demand and under supplied. The Best Bets analysis is a valuable market research tool to help growers increase the industry's supply base. It has enabled exporters to collectively list crops for which they have a demand and are under supplied
