What they expect to be a dull holiday turns out to be very exciting for the three Winter children, Karen, Geoffrey and Barry. The discovery of some initials carved on a rock in a cave, sets Karen and her brothers off on a five day hike to find the answer to a hundred and forty year old mystery.
