From tacos to tamales, salsas to sizzling pork, Peter discovers it all before creating his own versions. From the deserts of the north to the jungles down south, Mexico's forever changing landscape provides a backdrop like no other. At 2700 metres up, Peter Kuruvita discovers the ghost town of Real de Catorce where the ancient, hallucinogenic cactus peyote is in high demand.
