Summary "Iconoclasts features a pair of innovators from different fields including film, literature, architecture, fashion, food, music, and business. It captures the essence of these headline-makers through the eyes of the creative visionaries who respect and admire them the most. The 'Iconoclasts' visit each other’s worlds to explore their inspirations and their passions. This episode features two men who changed the face of America - entertainment producer Norman Lear and Starbucks Chairman Howard Schultz. They have been friends since 1994. In August 1987, Harold Schultz purchased the company, and under his leadership, the company has gone from 11 stores to 15,000 worldwide. Norman Lear has enjoyed a long career in television and film, and as a political and social activist and philanthropist. His work has shattered cultural barriers by using popular entertainment to confront social issues."-- ABC website
