The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Framework was developed by the Standing Committee on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health (SCATSIH); SCATSIH was a principal committee of the Australian Health Minister's Advisory Council (AHMAC) which reports to the Australian Health Minister's Conference through AHMAC; framework has been developed to provide a basis for quantative measurement of the impact of the National Strategic Framework for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health (NSFATSIH); provides opportunity to streamline reporting on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and health care delivery
