Summary |
Inspector Slack has taken over the village hall as a police incident room. During the Sunday sermon, the vicar pleas for the murderer to come forward. Later Hawes, his curate, telephones him to say he wants 'to confess' but collapses before he can say more. Miss Marple suggests to Slack that it is time to set a trap, with the help of Hawes' landlady, Mrs Salisbury |
