Summary Almost 4 decades after the Vietnam war ended the U.S. government has finally agreed to help clean up the highly toxic dioxin residue left behind at its former airfield in Danang. It was the main air base where the defoliant Agent Orange was loaded onto planes and sprayed on jungles to deny cover to Vietnamese fighters. In this report producer Andrew Tkach and Christiane Amanpour examined the terrible toll dioxin may have had on U.S. servicemen and Vietnamese civilians
