Summary |
CHAINS is a short film that takes place in a dystopian future where the poor are forced to live underground without abundant water or sunlight. To use water for any purposes other than survival is a crime punishable by roulette. You could die by a bullet to the head. Chain is an artist and grows a flower. Munk the judicial authority punishes her and her lover by roulette ... he dies. Only to find out that Chain didn't use precious water to grow the flower she used her tears |
