By her own admission, Katie Lydiatt is a perfectionist, which doesn't help when as well as being a Fast Track NQT she wants to spend more quality time with her partner in their new house which needs decorating! Katie says she does expect a lot from herself and can easily spend six hours preparing a lesson because it really benefits the children and they enjoy learning when the sessions are creative and interactive. Life Coach Gladeana McMahon arrives on the scene to help. She observes Katie teaching at Bliss Charity Primary School, Nether Heyford, Northamptonshire, talks to her at home, and comes up with an action plan.
