Today it's the turn of head of ICT Mark McHugh, from Cheadle High School, Staffordshire to be led through the tune-up process by Richard. Over his 17 years in the classroom, Mark has developed a high-paced and action-packed approach to teaching. The preparation pressure which he puts himself under means he's working every evening.
