Summary |
There is no doubt that bullying in schools is insidious and difficult to manage and deal with - a complex issue that urgently demands effective action. The authors have found that bullying in the school environment can only be dealt with effectively if the whole school is behind the endeavour, that trying to handle it in isolation does not work in the long term. Bullying: A Whole School Approach is designed to be easily assessed with up-to-date research supporting the suggested practical intervention and prevention strategies leading to establishment of policy guidelines |
