The strategic framework recognises Centrelink's achievements, and the strategic directions set the scene for the new heights to which it aspires. The strategic plan then details the outcomes, drivers, strategies and actions for the next three years for each of Centrelink's goals, recognising that all Centrelink people play an important part in attaining its strategic directions.
