It identifies a number of key issues Centrelink must consider and a number of outcomes it must achieve to meet performance, quality and relationship objectives. The strategic framework recognises Centrelink's achievements, and the strategic directions set the scene for the new heights to which it aspires. The strategic plan then details the outcomes, drivers, strategies and actions for the next three years for each of Centrelink's goals, recognising that all Centrelink people play an important part in attaining its strategic directions. This document is designed as a reference tool for Centrelink people to use when describing Centrelink and for use in their planning.
