Cynthia is currently attempting to attain custody of her son. However, after a recent custody hearing, Cynthia got into a dispute with her ex-husband outside of the courthouse, which resulted in her punching him in the face. Cynthia says the incident is the reason for her visit with the clinician and is worried she may be charged with assault. In the past, Cynthia was charged for a DUI but claims she was just "a little bit over the limit," and was once arrested for shoplifting, which she says was a misunderstanding
