Summary Manuel Herrero sets off to explore India - the birthplace of yoga, ayurvedic massages, kamasutra and a unique relationship between body and soul. First stop is the Talims of Kolhapur - schools where young boys from poor families are trained to become Kusti wrestlers. Kusti is a traditional martial art, practiced in covered arenas on a track of red clay. Manuel's journey continues into Tamil Nadu for a Kabaddi national championship, an unusual team sport where the attackers hold their breaths and the defenders hold hands. To prove that they aren't breathing, players must whisper "kabaddi, kabaddi" under the watchful eye of the referee. Manuel finishes his journeys in Sri Lanka, where they are preparing for the world polo championships...on an elephant back!
