Description 1 online resource (106 min.)
Summary The village people of Miryang, particularly the women have waged a three year struggle opposing a huge development that was going to take away much of their farm land, and possibly cause environmental diseases. It is a huge sacrifice for them since they've given up their work to organize and participate daily in the protest. In October 2014, 3,000 policemen arrived to block by force the mountain and farm roads so that the village people could not go up to the construction site. The village became a battlefield. This documentary gives the villagers a voice, most who feel there is no way to stop the development, even though they have struggled and sacrificed so much for years to stop it
