The thesis focuses on the Palaeolithic settlement on the eastern slopes of the Drahany Highlands (Vyškov and Prostějov regions, central Moravia). The author has drawn on multiple sources: previously published information, lithic collections deposited in museums, results of his own surface surveys, and results of the excavation of the Želeč stratified site.
