Vascular tumors are complex pathologies - clinical manifestations are heterogeneous, and multidisciplinary competences are needed to reach a correct diagnosis and plan optimal treatment. It is therefore essential to introduce a clear classification of hemangiomas and vascular malformations and this is admirably presented in this book. The authors go on to describe diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures for both types of disorder.
