Summary |
Black Mirror is an austere, darkly comic series of three different dramas set in various dystopian versions of future reality. A twisted parable for the Twitter age, Black Mirror taps into our collective unease about the modern world. These three stand-alone dramas are sharp, suspenseful, satirical tales that are equal parts clever, shocking and disturbing. The final episode is set in the near future where everyone has access to a memory implant, known as a 'grain', that records everything they do, see or hear - a sort of hard drive recorder for the brain. In this world, no one forgets a face, a holiday, a meeting or a night out, but this means nothing goes unnoticed and indiscretions cannot be hidden.Liam and Fi are a young couple who are married with a young child. After a dinner party with friends Liam suspects Fi is having an affair with an old friend Jonas. After watching 're-do's' from his own 'grain', Liam's suspicions are confirmed.
