Menièrès disease is characterised by recurrent attacks of vertigo, sensory hearing loss and tinnitus. Menière-attacks can lead to additional dizziness components. <br>While diagnosis in recurrent spells is easily secured, leading the patients is as difficult as the mostly unclear development of this - mostly - progredient disease.
