Summary |
The objectives of the project were: to produced a refined quality assessment instrument for use in appraising community care agencies against the HACC (Home and Community Care) National Service Standards; to provide advice on the use of the Instrument in terms of validity, accuracy and reliability; to provide advice on the use of the Instrument concerning appropriate scoring; to provide advice on the use of the instrument with regard to data collection; to advise on methods for obtaining valid and reliable consumer input and its incorporation into the Instrument; and to undertake a comparison of the Instrument with other existing service appraisal methods that HACC-funded agencies may have completed |
