Summary
The sample examination paper has been prepared as part of the HSC Syllabus Package for Ancient History. It illustrates the general structure of the HSC paper as described in the examination specifications, and types of questions for each section and/or part of the paper. The marking guidelines illustrate the approach that would be undertaken when marking student responses to the Sample Paper. The draft performance bands represent student performance in bands of achievement. They illustrate the typical performance of students in the Ancient History HSC course.
