Jimmy's Food Factory ; Series 2, Episode 5 |
Summary |
Entrepreneurial farmer Jimmy Doherty turns his attention to foods that people either love or hate, like chewing gum. He is eager to see how the makers of the supermarket variety get the stretchy consistency to happen. But he finds there is an amazing amount of ingredients and procedures required to get the gum to the stage it is edible and chewable. It really puts his barnyard and household ingenuity and implements to the test.PRODUCTION DETAILS:Series Producer: Audrey Neil; Executive Producer: Helen Thomas for BBC |
