Malcolm Ong spent over 20 years working in IT but always knew his true love was the sea. After deciding to make a career change, Ong became a fish farmer in Singapore. Combining both of his passions, Ong restructured old fishing practices to make them more sustainable and efficient. His innovations have positively impacted his whole fishing community -- proving that following your dreams can have far reaching effects.
