Poor cities in the US have been turning to companies like the CCA (Corrections Corporation of America, the largest private prison operator in the country) to create a profitable business out of private prisons. But when cities are expecting medium-security prisoners and get maximum-security prisoners, big problems are made. Ed Bradley reports
