Series |
Seven up |
Summary |
In 1964 Michael Apted, now a successful Hollywood film director, interviewed a group of 7-year-old children for a television documentary. His idea was to test the accuracy of the Jesuit saying: Give me a child until he is seven, and I will show you a man. The series has returned to those children every 7th year - the British project reached 49 Up in 2005 - forming a unique and enthralling social history |
