Explores pregnancy through a series of interviews with professionals including a physiotherapist, dietician, naturopath, genetic counsellor, general practitioner (GP), 4 midwives, and instructors in yoga and hypnobirth -- DVD 2. Examines both vaginal and caesarian birth, and gives strategies for you and your support people to discuss and use through this time -- DVD 3. Learn about adjusting to life at home with a new baby. Early childhood nurses explain what is 'normal' for a newborn, and we talk to new parents (and a grandparent) about their experiences.
