This dataset is designed for teaching the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. This dataset is a subset of data derived from the Cardiac catheterization diagnostic data (2018), and the examples test two hypotheses: (1) the population distribution of cholesterol (mg %) is the same for men and women and (2) the population distribution of cholesterol for men is a specified theoretical distribution.
