This book is a compilation of reports written by leading intellectuals and specialists from fifteen Asia Pacific countries - Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japana, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the United States and Vietnam - on their respective country's focus of activities of research institutions, foundations, and non-governmental organizations and their interest in activities such as exchanges or studies that take place within the framework of context of Asia Pacific.
