With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, companies worldwide faced immense challenges to their daily operations. This applied case follows Murjan Aviation CY's General Manager as he manages his company from the early days of COVID-19. The case invites students to put themselves in his shoes as he navigates the fast response needed and as his leadership and the company culture are put to the test. Students have opportunities to draw out elements of good leadership and organizational culture, suggest improvements, and provide recommendations going forward beyond the crisis to the "new normal."
