Summary *Coarse Language, Sexual References*Upset by the state of black and white relations, Jake decides that 8MMM needs a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), and an event to launch it to the town. He sets the staff to work, though none of them are particularly interested in reconciliation.Jessie is bent on revenge after an altercation with a racist man, and her sexy dreams about Jake are doing nothing for inter-racial relations. Koala asks Lola to work love magic on her and a young black rapper. When all other plans for the RAP launch fail, Jake agrees to a mock payback ceremony.
