This publication presents the development of new methodologies for the detection of a range of herbicides, insecticides and fungicides in essential oils and natural product extracts. It undertakes to assess the level of pesticide contamination in essential oils produced in commercial operations and establish the dissipation rate of two commonly used pesticides, Sinbar and Dithane, in peppermint crops
