Summary This documentary explores the issues surrounding those seeking asylum in the face of the Australian Government's policy of mandatory detention for "unauthorised arrivals". This program shows interviews with former detention-centre employees, and asylum seekers who are now living in Australia on temporary protection visas after spending time in detention. It also includes footage of a breakout from the Woomera Detention Centre by some of the refugees with encouragement from people protesting against mandatory detention of asylum seekers
