Summary LOST AND FOUNDOver 3,000 British and Australian troops were killed at the Battle of Fromelles on the Western Front, in what is still considered the worst 24 hour period in Australia's military history. Now, thanks to amateur advocacy and commonwealth dollars, the remains of 250 missing from that night have been found and exhumed. The task of identifying the bodies through DNA analysis has begun, setting an expensive and complex precedent. But the question remains, where are the other bodies, and should the British and Australian Government's go looking for them?KIDNAPPED!Tens of thousands of children are abducted and sold on the black market in China every year. Trafficking in children is now an established business. Criminal gangs prey on vulnerable areas like the teeming industrial hub of Shenzhen. The kidnappers often target children of migrant workers - of which there are millions - because they are transients, often fearful of the police and whose grievances are rarely treated as high priorities. Adrian Brown meets Cai Xing Quan, whose daughter was stolen from a supermarket two years ago. He watches the grainy security camera footage of her abduction everyday, hoping for some sort of clue that might lead him to get his daughter back. Many believe China's strict one child policy is to blame. Without a real social safety net, many parents rely on the boy to look after them in their old age, and the country's thirty-year old policy has only served to enhance their value. And despite the trumpeting of some recent arrests of kidnappers, migrant workers who have had their children taken say they meet only apathy and obstruction from the Chinese authorities... OBAMA ONE YEAR ON"Yes, we can!" Three simple words propelled Barack Obama into the US Presidency twelve months ago this week. These words summed up his optimistic mandate for change in the US and, for that matter, the entire politics of the globe. But depending on who you listen to, Obama has either begun to deliver on his numerous campaign pledges, or is he leading the nation to ruin. He has been attacked from both the Right of US politics and the Left within his own party. For two very different ideological views on Obama's first year anniversary, George speaks with Arnie Arnesen, a pro-Democrat radio host from New Hampshire, and Peter Schiff, known as "Dr Doom" in the world of finance, a Republican and trenchant critic of Barack Obama's economic reforms
