| Summary |
In an episode spanning the course of nearly three years, we see the events that lead up to Gretchen and Jimmy meeting. After Becca rejects Jimmy's marriage proposal, he writes and publishes his first book, leading him to the belief that he can only be properly creative when he's unhappy. Gretchen and Lindsay's party girl lives are transformed by Lindsay's impending marriage and Gretchen's new job doing PR for Shitstain. A homeless Edgar is rescued from the streets by a reluctant Jimmy. In the present day, Jimmy and Gretchen's break-up has unintended consequences for the both of them, as well as their circle of friends and frenemies |
