A boy wakes up alone from in his room and suddenly he's surrounded by things such as wallpaper shape, cat mewing, and the shadow under the bed. And all draw close to him and seize him with fear. Such images appear in his nightmares and torment him. The dream tapir becomes his protector and mentor
