Summary |
In recent years, with the rapid development of the digital economy and the new trend of Internet of Everything, enterprises are increasingly calling for digital transformation and digital collaborative ability. During the COVID-19 epidemic, the number of users of DingTalk increased sharply. This case reviews the story of the failure of its predecessor, LaiWang, in which the founder cut off all means of retreat and, taking co-creation as a weapon, accurately grasped the social needs of corporate office collaboration, and finally created the leading intelligent mobile office platform in China. From DingTalk version 1.0 to 5.0; from intra-enterprise communication to business collaboration inside and outside the enterprise; from intelligent integration of software and hardware to personalized solution supply; and from the flexible liquid intelligent organization to the digital management and operation platform, DingTalk has always stood at the forefront of helping the digital transformation of the organization, and it blazed a unique trail that can benefit individuals, enterprises, industries, and society. It provides support for organizational reshaping and digital empowerment development and is the leader of organizational, genetically modified engineering in the digital age |
