Summary MURKY WATERSMore than 300 people, mostly teenagers, died when the Sewol ferry capsized in South Korea in April. It quickly became apparent that the ferry was dangerously unstable with a poorly trained crew and that the botched rescue operation could have saved many more lives. But what has emerged since is the web of intrigue surrounding the ferry company's owner, Yoo Byung-eun, and in particular the influence of his Evangelical Baptist Church, known as the Salvation Sect. On Tuesday's Dateline, Mary Ann Jolley gets unprecedented access to the inner workings of the cult after the leader they consider God-like vanishes and a massive police search for him begins. While the donations of his followers seem to have turned him into a billionaire with huge political influence, their support remains unwavering as they present their own alternative theory into the cause of the disaster. And when he's found dead in unexplained circumstances, the mystery deepens, and grieving relatives ask if they'll ever find the full answers behind the Sewol tragedy.THE ITALIAN STALLIONTuesday's Dateline goes inside the world of one of Italy's most famous gigolos. Roberto Dolce, or Sweet Roy as he calls himself, is a regular on TV talk shows and soon to be the subject of a book, but could he also be an unlikely pin-up for feminists? In such a conservative and male dominated country, some see his popularity as proof that wealthy working women are taking more control. Clients pay between 500 and 2000 Euros for his range of services from dinner to a night of passion, and he even offers life coaching. But what does it mean for his own relationship with the opposite sex?THE SHAME OF PARISThe recent beating and torture of a Roma boy in Paris was a crime that shocked France... 17-year-old Darius was burnt with battery acid and left for dead in a shopping trolley. But once the headlines pass, France's 20,000 Roma people, or gypsies, remain largely forgotten again living on the fringes of society. On Tuesday's Dateline, Matt Frei visits some of the 40 Roma settlements in Paris to see the squalid conditions that exist just a few kilometres from the wealthy heart of the French capital. The Roma families set up camp wherever they can, existing in makeshift houses without electricity or proper sanitation until the authorities move them on. But in a country that prides itself on leaving no one behind, should this really be happening in 21st century France?
