Summary |
Internationally renowned filmmaker Werner Herzog embarks on a dialogue with prisoners on Texas' death row and lets them tell their stories. In this episode, Herzog talks to Linda Carty, one of only 10 women on death row in Texas. Carty was convicted of murdering 25 year old Joana Rodrigues and stealing her 4 day old child. The young mother was found dead in the trunk of a car, with the infant barely alive nearby. Carty's first statement is a declaration of her innocence.
