Thomas Parnham discusses how to use spiritual resources to help people cope with traumatic events. Parham shows that spirituality, ritual, and the medium of prayer help address core intellectual, emotional, and spiritual dimensions and enable people deal with sadness, fear, and anger as well as a deep sense of ambiguity. Out of this comes a positive message of hope for the future.
