Thompson is Emeritus Professor at The College of New Jersey where she was a member of the Department of Elementary and Early Childhood Education who taught graduate and undergraduate courses in literacy and children⁰́₉s literature.She also served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Women⁰́₉s, Gender and Sexuality Studies where she taught a course on gender in children⁰́₉s literature |
