Presenter Kirsten O'Brien investigates the good, bad and ugly side of the booming cosmetic injections industry. The use of cosmetic injections is growing rapidly, but how much do those on the receiving end really know about these anti-wrinkle jabs? Kirsten meets leading experts to find out how Botox and dermal fillers actually work, and discovers the real risks associated with their use. She meets a 'teen-toxer', one of a growing band of youngsters who are turning to cosmetic injections, even though most experts say those under 30 do not benefit from their use. Kirsten also speaks to a woman left permanently scarred after her dermal filler procedure went wrong.She examines 'do it yourself' kits purchased online, and is shocked to find out what they really contain.
