Summary Dateline investigates the kidnap, torture and murder of refugees in the Egyptian desert and uncovers a disturbing trade in their body parts; After suffering from cancer, journalist Sarah Macdonald travels to Mexico to see if the promises of miracle cures there are true and Adam and Eve are brought back to life in a high-tech museum about earth's creation, but not everyone agrees with the interpretation.THE BODY SNATCHERSThousands of refugees stream from Africa through Egypt to try and find a better life in Israel, but a Dateline investigation has found that some don't make it because of horrific exploitation by people smugglers. In the harsh desert of northern Egypt, Fouad Hady finds refugees are being kidnapped and brutally tortured for ransom. Many meet a horrible end... thrown down a well or buried in unmarked shallow graves, where dogs scavenge over their bodies. And most disturbingly, there's evidence that some have organs professionally removed as part of a flourishing trade in body parts, before being dumped in the desert.CANCER CON?British journalist Sarah Macdonald understands the desperation of cancer sufferers trying to find a cure... she was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and had to undergo a painful course of treatment. But during her research on the illness, she found a number of clinics in Mexico offering miracle treatments and cures, complete with testimonies of happy patients, so she decided to see if their claims were true.Tuesday's Dateline joins her on that very personal journey into the murky world of clinics that escape regulation and sell expensive and dangerous treatments, backed up by little medical proof. And with many based at Tijuana on the California border, they're also attracting desperate health tourists from the United States in search of salvation. So what can be done to cure the spread of the cancer con? GOD'S THEME PARKAn Australian and his $17 million Creation Museum are creating controversy in the United States. Ken Ham, a former science teacher from Queensland, has devoted his life to preaching the 'creation story'... that God created the world 6,000 years ago. Now tens of thousands of true believers flock to his high-tech Hollywood-style museum in Kentucky each year. The animatronic displays bring alive everything from the Garden of Eden to the history of dinosaurs. But Ham's increasing popularity and his unequivocal preaching rile an increasingly vocal band of atheists, who believe more in Charles Darwin than Adam and Eve
