For the Juniors, for students aged 6-8 years, aims to stimulate children's curiosity and imagination, widen their horizons and encourage them to explore their environment, present enjoyable experiences which relate broadly to the lives and interests of the children and raise issues.Each series is arranged in groups of programs relating to a particular theme.An empty hive is pulled apart to show how its constructed of layers of supers with frames on which the bees build their honeycomb. Shows how the bee collects the nectar and working inside the hive. The frames of honeycomb are collected and taken to the factory where the honey is extracted from the wax comb and bottled. The presenter introduces cooking with honey and its use in skin lotions and shampoo.**Please note that this program/series has been created from masters kindly provided by DECS Tape Services in South Australia.
