Summary |
Ingredients International is a leading manufacturing company of high quality food products with 100 years of experience in the field. Since 2009 they have undergone major management and leadership upheaval and in an attempt to adjust to the current cultural demands, they have introduced two core values to assert the company's mission (quality and innovation). Two programs (Agility and InnoVantage) are introduced to help launch these values that express the company's expectations for growth and assimilation into new cultural and technological challenges. Three documented interviews of current employees are presented here to illustrate whether the programs are fully understood and integrated successfully. Lastly, we are given a chance to see how the data is collected and analyzed for the company's newly founded goals |
