Summary
These guidelines are divided into two volumes. Volume 1, Part A provides the technical information on which management recommendations are based. The information is provided to remind, update or prompt the professional land manager, adviser or government officer about the technical issues that need to be considered. Part B provides a review of legislation relating to riparian management in each State and Territory. Volume 2 contains the management strategies themselves. Each guideline can be used on its own by practitioners interested in particular objectives, but readers are encouraged to look at all the guidelines to see if additional objectives can be achieved
