| Summary |
In 1997 the 'Bringing Them Home" report was released. One of those recommendations was that a "Sorry Day" be set aside annually to commemorate Indigenous Australians taken from their families. "Sorry Proof Country" encapsulates the history of some of these moving and sometimes controversial events since the release of this report. It reflects over the past six years to embrace a new awareness and become part of the Journey of healing to really understand the meaning behind National Sorry Day |
